The AWEI Employee Survey, the largest and only national employee survey designed to gauge the overall impact of inclusion initiatives on organisational culture as well as identifying and non-identifying employees.

If you have previously participated, you will know the incredible asset this survey can be for your organisation. Last year we had over 180 organisations involved, and over 40,000 valuable responses received… can you help us beat it in 2024?

The AWEI Employee Survey enables your organisation to gain insights into the attitudes and experiences of all your employees, plus the difference between employees with a diverse sexuality and/or gender, and those without. It will also give your organisation information about many areas specific to your LGBTQ employees. You can use your data to compare yourself against your sector or industry, and the total Australian participants.

Annual Practice Points are published to support organisations to see best practice and compare their results with all Australian data.

Data driven discussions with your relationship manager, can support your leadership team to develop your organisations inclusion strategies for employees of diverse gender and/or sexuality. Used in combination with your 2024 index results you will be able to decide which areas can be focused on to create the greatest benefit for your organisation and your employees.

The AWEI Employee Survey will be open for responses from the 9am Friday 1st November 2023 to midnight Thursday 29th February 2024.
